Safety Intelligence Network
It is important to report any adverse patient event or any near misses. To do so, follow the below instructions:
1. On the County Intranet, click on “Safety Intelligence”
2. Complete the online form and provide as much detail as possible
3. Click on “Submit” at the bottom of the page when you have finished. The Patient Safety Committee will then review the Event Report that you have filed.
